Megan grew up in Salmon Arm, BC. She worked at a mixed animal practice in Kamloops for 4 years before making the move to Kelowna and SMAH! She has spent a lot of time working with animals previously outside of the veterinary profession in the retail pet industry as well.

In her spare time Megan loves hanging out at home with her cats, reading, biking, drawing, and playing video games.

She has two cats at home: a polydactyl black cat named Django and a ragdoll mix named Woodl
